Begonia brevirimosa is one of the most visually arresting species in the genus — a collector’s plant that earns its place on any shelf. Native to Papua New Guinea, its large, asymmetrical leaves are a deep, iridescent green overlaid with vivid pink or magenta streaking that appears almost painted on. No two leaves are identical. Under the right light, the foliage shimmers with a metallic quality that photographs cannot fully capture.A statement plant for the serious collector.
