i’ve supported the green escape for as long as i can remember. i’ve never left a bad review despite the bad experiences i’ve had bc they ALWAYS made it right. i ordered a few alocasia tissue cultures last week, and one arrived with no variegation. this has been an issue in the past, but it was always made right. customer service told me that the variegation will burn in as it matures, which doesn’t happen with alocasias. it’s sad to see them have zero quality control and no consistency
