• Each Mystery Box contains one crested gecko selected by The Gecko Army.
• Crested geckos may range in size from approximately 5 grams to adult.
• Every mystery box is guaranteed to contain a gecko with a value of at least:
- $150 value for the $75 box
- $250 value for the $125 box
- $350 value for the $175 box
• Morph, sex, age, lineage, and size are selected at random unless otherwise discussed.
• We cannot guarantee specific morphs, colors, traits, lineage, sex, or weights.
• After purchasing, customers are welcome to message us with preferences or requests. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible, but requests are not guaranteed.
• All geckos are healthy, established, and feeding prior to shipment.
• Standard shipping policies, weather holds, and live arrival guarantee terms apply.
• No returns, exchanges, or substitutions on mystery box purchases except in cases covered by our live arrival guarantee.
