This rarely offered Avic is a show stopper! Formerly known as "�amazonica"� this species is rarely offered in imports and even extremely rare captive born! They originate from Brazil and Venezuela.
This avic is sexually dimorphic. Females are a stunning steel blue with their easily recognizable tiger-stripped red abdomen. Males (upon maturity) are a brilliant turquoise blue. This is one of the largest and the heaviest avics in the hobby. Females can easily surpass 7 inches. These will go extremely fast! Don't pass these up!
