This scarcity, combined with its unique, highly desirable orbicular patterns and vibrant colors, drives high demand and prices. Collectors seek this specific, now-depleted source, differentiating it from more common Ocean Jasper varieties. Other OJ is called OJ but it is actually Sea Jasper.
