Our tissue culture plants are live and perishable items, suitable for acclimatization or planting.

They may also be used for further tissue culture propagation; however, we do not guarantee that plants are free from contamination due to the nature of tissue culture.

🚨 IMPORTANT – NO REFUND AFTER PLANTING OR OPENING

Once a tissue culture plant is removed from its container, planted, or acclimatized, it is considered used and non-returnable.

🚫 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after planting or opening, including dissatisfaction.

📸 Photo Proof & Time Requirement

Please take clear, unedited photos immediately upon delivery.

If there is any issue that prevents planting, you must contact us via Etsy messages within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos.

🚫 Claims made after planting or acclimatization will not be accepted.

💰 Refunds Require a Returned Plant

Refunds are accepted only if the plant is returned in its original condition, unused and unopened.

A return shipping label will be provided by the seller.

🚫 No refunds will be issued without a returned plant.

🔁 Replacement, Shipping & Weather Policy

We do not accept claims or offer refunds for damage caused by shipping conditions, transit stress, delays, or handling by the courier.

❄️🌡️ Damage caused by weather or temperature conditions, including but not limited to cold, heat, or temperature fluctuations during transit, is beyond the seller’s control and is not eligible for refunds or claims.

If a plant is severely damaged or lost during transit, a replacement may be provided with the next order only, at the seller’s discretion.

🚫 No refunds will be issued for shipping-related issues, weather-related damage, delays, or transit stress.

These products are intended for buyers with basic knowledge of tissue culture plants or experience as plant parents.

By purchasing, the buyer confirms they understand the care requirements of live plants and the risks associated with shipping live plants.

🎨 Variegation Notice

Variegation is a natural and unstable mutation and cannot be guaranteed at maturity.

📦 Plant Condition Disclaimer

Plants may be shipped rooted or bare-root.

Minor cosmetic issues (bruising, yellowing, browning, or leaf loss) may occur during transit and are unavoidable.

With proper care, new growth is expected.
