When ordering tropical bonsai, we highly recommend that you add a heat pack if your nighttime temperatures are 38°F or below. Larger orders may require more than one heat pack. Heat packs last about 90 hours. We are not responsible for any cold damage that may occur during shipping. We cannot replace or refund plants that are damaged by severe temperatures.
