I ship plants Monday - Wednesday to try to avoid them staying overnight at the post office.
Cold weather protection is REQUIRED if temps are below 50F and hot weather protection if temps are over 80F. Please find the appropriate weather protection listing and add it to your cart. If you do not purchase weather protection, and your temps are below 50F or over 80F, then live plant arrival is not guaranteed. There will be absolutely no refunds or replacements. Please make sure to check your local temps to make sure you take the necessary precautions. I will try to check myself, but it is not my responsibility and will not be held liable.
I am not responsible for any damages or delays during shipping. I will pack your plants with great care, the way that I would want my own plants packed and I will make sure to ship in a timely fashion so that they don't sit too long at the post office. I will not be held liable for any damages that occur during shipping.
I will also decline a sale if the plant ordered is not in the best of health. I only want happy, healthy plant babies shipped out to make sure they can handle their journey and so that you are 100% getting what you are paying for. The only exception to this is if there plant is specifically being sold as a REHAB, in which case you are ordering with the understanding that the plant is not in top condition. Any cosmetic damages, that do not effect the health of the plant, will be shown in the listing.
In the event that your plant does not arrive in good condition, please message me within 2hrs of delivery with pictures. A box opening video would be even better. I can help you trouble shoot, or we can come up with another solution. After 2hrs has passed, I will not be able to give any refunds or replacements, but I'm always willing to help trouble shoot. This being said, a certain level of wilting, or melting of variegated leaves is normal, but the plant will bounce back.
