CatAleah is a YouTuber and TikTok influencer whose content features captivating videos that showcase her interactions with animals of all different kinds. Her mission is to create more empathy for the misunderstood critters of the world like the snakes that she relocates and hopefully at the same time bring a little more light and happiness into the world by showing just how adorable and fascinating these animals can be!
As CatAleah is based in Texas, it made sense to include her a Mexican coffee as part of her signature blend. This Mexican Chiapas is a light, slightly fruity coffee with notes of red wine and cherries. The Colombian coffee used is a staple in many of our blends and introduces a balanced, chocolatey base. Finally, the Guatemalan bean is a well rounded contributor to the blend, highlighting and enhancing many of the other flavor notes already present, including chocolatey, nutty, and fruity notes with a touch of acidity.
