Live Plant Policies:

🚫 No Sales to California

Due to agricultural restrictions, we currently do not ship plants to CA.

❄️ Cold Weather Protection

When temperatures are below 60°F, insulation andor heat packs are required for the Live Arrival Guarantee to remain valid.

🌡 Weather Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for checking local temperatures and weather conditions. Green Paws is not liable for damage caused by heat, cold, shipping delays, or carrier mishandling.

📦 Shipping Schedule

Plants ship Monday–Tuesday only to reduce time in transit.

Orders placed after Tuesday will ship the following week.

🏡 Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before ordering. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or delivery issues outside of our control.

📦 Delivery Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for monitoring tracking and retrieving packages promptly after delivery. Plants left outside for extended periods may experience stress or damage.

🐛Pest Management: We use Swirski bugs as a natural and safe method to help control pests on our plants. While they are harmless, we cannot guarantee that your plants will arrive completely free of them.

📍 Incorrect Address Returned Packages

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, delivery issues, or failed delivery attempts will require the buyer to pay for reshipping.

Orders returned for these reasons are not eligible for refunds.

🍃 Shipping Stress

Plants may experience minor cosmetic changes during transit, such as:

•Yellowing leaves

•Curling leaves

•Leaf drop

These are normal effects of shipping stress and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

📦Box Size & Shipping: Shipping costs are based on the size of the box required to safely package your plant. Larger plants or multiple items may require bigger boxes, which can affect the shipping price.

📸 Listing Photos

Photos are taken under natural or grow lighting. Plant colors may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions and monitor settings. Plants are living items and may also vary slightly in size, shape, and growth stage.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Green Paws is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or mishandled by carriers once they leave our care.

🎥 Live Arrival Issues

If a plant arrives dead on arrival (DOA):

•Contact us within 1 hour of delivery

•Provide a full unboxing video and clear photos

Without video documentation, claims cannot be processed.

💲 Sales Policy

All plant sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

📲 Tracking Orders

We recommend using the Shop App to easily track your order and receive delivery notifications.

📦 Combined Shipping

When purchasing multiple plants, combined shipping will automatically be applied when possible.
