The shipping bag is for transport only; it is not suitable for long-term storage. Please start acclimating as soon as possible for best chances of success! Once you begin the acclimation process, results depend on your environment and technique. We cannot assume responsibility for losses or setbacks after the plantlet leaves its sterile packaging.
Shipping Schedule
We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure your plants avoid weekend transit delays. Express shipping options are available to minimize shipping stress.
Shipping Stress
We package all plants with care and do our best to ensure they arrive healthy. However, minor cosmetic damage like bruising and yellowing can occur in shipment. This will not affect the future growth of the plant. Heat packs, winter insulation, and shipping upgrades are available separately.
All Sales are Final Policy
All sales are final. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, delays, or damage during transit. Please direct any shipping claims to the carrier. If your plant arrives damaged under normal shipping conditions, please send an unboxing video or photos within 6 hours of delivery for evaluation. By making a purchase, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
