At temperatures below or near 30°C, the foliage is dark green, irregularly flecked, and blotched with white and green-white, while at temperatures above or near 35°C, the foliage is a lighter shade of green, irregularly flecked, and blotched with yellow-green.
Notably, Monstera Vietciosa has distinguishing characteristics compared to other Monstera deliciosa varieties such as ‘Thai Constellation.’ It is taller, has varying petiole coloration, cordate lamina shape with a distinct length-to-width ratio, more deeply incised leaf incisions, and unique foliar color patterns that change based on light exposure during leaf emergence.
