Product description

Fresh adenium obesum seeds in mixed colors. These have a fantastic germination rate! First photo shows an example of the seeds you will receive. Other photos were not taken by me but are examples of what they may look like as adults. Pack of 25.

Begin starting adenium seeds by preparing a container with a well-draining mix, like a cactus soil and perlite or pumice mix. Place the seeds a few inches apart just covering them with the growing medium. Water daily and keep soil moist until seedlings appear. Alternating between top and bottom watering is best whenever the soil is dry. Keep the temperature of the substrate between 80-85 F. Your seeds should sprout in one week to one month. Full sun or partial shade is best. Once the seedlings reach about an inch tall, allow soil to dry between waterings. In about a month, the seedlings will be large enough to transplant to a permanent container. Starting in individual pots is best to avoid transplant shock.

*Each batch is tested for viability and inspected for best results. You can expect 75% or higher germination rate under the right conditions, which is about as good as you can get. I cannot guarantee 100% success, just as nature intended not all will survive. Failure rates vary and depend on your care & environment. Instructions are included for best results, please follow them and be aware of temperature, humidity, and lighting variations.*

Will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
