Compared to other Hoyas, Pubicalyx is considered a fast-growing variety 🌱✨️ The plant produces clusters of star-shaped flowers that have a sweet, fragrant scent, particularly at night 🌸 The "spikes" on a Hoya pubicalyx are actually peduncles or flower spurs, which are specialized structures from which Hoya flowers grow. These structures are essentially stems that support the blooms and will continue to produce flowers year after year. It's best to leave them alone and not prune them off, as the plant will rebloom from the same peduncle. Without a support structure, Hoya pubicalyx will gracefully trail and cascade downwards.This makes it an excellent choice for hanging baskets, shelves, or any elevated surface where its vines can beautifully drape. When cultivated indoors, with proper care, it can grow up to 10-12 feet long
