📦 Shipping Information
• Plants ship Monday–Tuesday via USPS Priority Mail to minimize time in transit.
• Orders placed after Tuesday will ship the following week.
• We do not ship live plants to California due to agricultural restrictions.
• Please verify your shipping address before ordering. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional shipping costs.

• Temperatures below 60°F: insulation andor a heat pack is required for the Live Arrival Guarantee to apply.
• Temperatures above 90°F: a Phase Pack Add-On is required for the Live Arrival Guarantee to apply.
• We reserve the right to delay shipments due to unsafe weather conditions.

• Each plant is unique and may vary slightly in size, shape, color, variegation, and growth stage.
• Photos are taken under natural or grow lighting. Colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.
• Minor shipping stress such as yellowing leaves, leaf drop, curled leaves, bruising, or slight soil disturbance is normal and does not indicate an unhealthy plant.
• Plants may be wrapped, staked, trimmed, or lightly pruned when needed for safe shipping.

We use Swirski beneficial mites as a natural preventative pest management method. While every plant is inspected before shipping, we cannot guarantee plants are completely free of beneficial insects or naturally occurring pests.
🌿 Live Arrival Guarantee
If your plant arrives deceased upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• A continuous, unedited unboxing video beginning before opening the package
• Clear photos of the plant and packaging
Claims submitted without video documentation cannot be processed.
📦 Delivery Responsibility
• Buyers are responsible for monitoring tracking and retrieving packages promptly after delivery.
• Green Paws & Co. LLC is not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather, carrier delays, stolen packages, or packages left outside after delivery.
💲 Sales Policy
All plant sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges outside of our Live Arrival Guarantee.
