This listing includes a 120 Hour Heat Pack andor insulation. Depending on your area’s climate, the fragility of the plant, and other factors, we’ll assess whether to put in either or both. We try to contact all customers experiencing low temperatures (Low of <40F), but if you’re aware that it may be a necessity we highly recommend this to ensure that your order is sent out as quickly as possible, otherwise we will hold your shipment until weather permits.
