This plant is a *fresh import* and will ship from Thailand upon purchase. By purchasing you acknowledge that fresh imports require more care and an acclimation process upon arrival. Signs of stress, leaf loss, and browning are common. Plant will ship bare root, be potted upon arrival, and forwarded to you. It will be the buyers responsibility to acclimate the plant. You will receive a plant similar in size and color to the photos. If you wish to chose your exact plant, please message me.

All pictures and videos accurately represent the plant you will receive.

Orders ship from South Carolina. All plants are packaged with utmost care, however, please be aware that slight damage during shipping and change in environmental factors may cause browningyellowing of leaves, bent leavesstems, dried aerial roots, etc. I am not responsible for shipping damages incurred as these are live plants.

I only ship Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent plants being held at courier facilities over the weekend. If weather is not permitting, a shipping hold may be placed. Please message me for more details in order to request this. I am happy to hold your order up until the next shipping week.

I do not accept returns. However, if your plant sustained substantial damage, please message me and I will try my best to resolve any issues. Any claims must include a full unboxing video (box must be closed and sealed with original packaging prior to video start) and be submitted within 12 hours of delivery date and timestamp.
