• Please add insulation andor a heat pack during cold weather.
• I am not responsible for cold damage if winter protection is not purchased.

• I am not responsible for shipping delays or carrier-related transit damage.
• Plants are living organisms and may have minor cosmetic imperfections, shipping stress, or older leaves that naturally yellow during transit. Most plants recover with proper care.
• If your plant arrives damaged or dead, you must send clear photos and an unboxing video on the same day of delivery. Claims submitted after the delivery day cannot be accepted, and I will not be responsible for replacements or refunds.
