Product description
This listing is for a 72 hour heat pack. Buy this along with any of our plants to have a heat pack added to your shipment. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THESE ARE ADVERTISED AS 72 HOURS BUT TIMES THAT THEY STAY WARM WILL VARY FROM BATCH TO BATCH. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THESE WILL SHOW UP WARM. THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE LIVE ARRIVAL. YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT WITH WINTER SHIPPING INSURANCE TO GUARANTEE LIVE ARRIVAL DURING THE WINTER. IF YOU ONLY BUY A HEAT PACK AND YOUR PLANTS ARRIVE WITH COLD DAMAGE. WE WILL NOT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS.
BE ADVISED: We are unable to include a heat pack in packages that contain TISSUE CULTURE. The ideal temperature to store TC for longevity is 45 degrees fahrenheit to 52 degrees fahrenheit. Adding a heat pack would exponentially increase the breakdown of this sensitive material and degrade it much quicker than colder weather. Please purchase winter shipping insurance to add foil insulation to your package but HEAT PACKS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN TC PACKAGES.
