You will get the exact seedling. I mail packages every Monday via 3 day UPS or USPS Priority. I do hold plants if the temps it’s too hot or too cold. I also check the temps of the plant’s destination.
I do provide updated pictures of your plant prior to shipping.
All sales are final, not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages. I can replace or refund any DOA plants for the cost of the plant, if package arrived on time. (See below with updated winter sipping policies for refund) Please send pictures within 24 hours after arrival.
Winter shipping Policies in effect starting 11102025. Heat pack and insulation are mandatory, and should be purchased for temps around mid 30s . Result to not purchasing any add ons to protect your plant will give the seller the right to hold the plant(s) or refund your purchase. In case the plants are shipped without insulation or heat pack, you will not receive a refund on weather related DOA plants.
