Orders may be held for a maximum of two (2) weeks from the date of purchase this hold purchase.
2. Customer Risk & Responsibility
All holds are placed strictly at the risk of the customer. While our team is dedicated to the craft and will do everything within our power to keep your plants vibrant, hydrated, and healthy during their stay in our facility, we cannot guarantee their condition over an extended period.
3. No Guarantee & No Refunds
Living organisms are sensitive to environment and timing. Therefore:
We are not responsible for any decline in plant health, leaf drop, or loss of life that occurs during the hold period.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be provided for plants that do not meet aesthetic expectations or do not survive the hold.
4. Acceptance of Terms
The purchase of a "Hold Order" service constitutes a formal agreement and digital signature, confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
