It's hot out there for some of you so we have a way to package cool packs to keep a good cool temperature in your box for the trip. Only one of these is required for shipment. We will ensure that the cool pack is not packaged too close to your plants and it will also be insulated so it will only take the sting off of the heat during shipping, and will not freeze your plants! Keep in mind that cool packs will arrive melted and soft. They're only meant to take the initial sting off of the drastic temperatures that we're shipping out of. We've upgraded these to larger cool packs after some customer feedback, but we have yet to lose a plant with these packed inside your box!! ** For those that have stated cool packs were burning their plants because they got hot. We've talked to several suppliers and it seems that some people do not insulate their cool packs from the TCS, which then in turn freeze them not the other way around. We insulate each individual cool pack before we replace it. Next to your insulated package is designed to keep the inside of the insulation cool instead of freezing your TCS
