▪️ Allow 3-5 days for processing. If a sale is made at the end of the week and the weekend weather is looking too extreme, I will wait until Monday to ship (unless asked otherwise by the buyer). You receiving a healthy plant is my #1 priority!! 😊

▪️Priority shipping is recommended during cold months, but not required. (Add to order off my page) The option is at your own risk. Insulation is always used with shipping costs.

▪️All plant sales are final.

▪️Take a video of unpacking your plant. If you are not satisfied with the conditions of your plant(s), send your video and pictures to me within 5 hours of being delivered and I will determine if a full or partial refund is necessary.

▪️DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES SITTING OUTSIDE FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME! Get them inside right away. No matter how well a plant is packaged, weather can do a lot of damage fast.

▪️Some plants can show signs of unavoidable stress from shipping and may lose a leaf or two while acclimating. Do not water it right away unless its medium is extremely dry. Increase humidity and refrain from using fertilizers until acclimated.
