Product description
This listing is for 1 oz of natural decaying rot wood, personally foraged and prepared for use with isopods, springtails, and bioactive enclosures. Rot wood is a beneficial supplemental food and habitat material for many cleanup crew species, helping provide enrichment, surface area, and a natural source of decomposing organic matter.
Each batch is hand-collected, inspected, heat-treated, and frozen as part of my sanitation process before packaging. Pieces may vary in size, texture, and color since this is a natural product.
Great for:
• Isopod cultures
• Springtail bins
• Bioactive terrariums
• Cleanup crew starter setups
• Adding natural texture and enrichment
Note: This is a natural foraged product, so variation is expected. While it has been heat-treated and frozen, always use your own judgment when adding any natural material to established cultures.
