"The paint is handmade. Little bubbles, cracks and sticky spots are normal. Paints can shrink overtime and fall out. If the paint falls out of the well, add a drop of water in the well and press the paint back in. Big air bubbles can occur.
Handmade paints work differently than generic brands. For the best results, add a drop of water to the paint and let it sit for about 2-5 minutes. Use your wet brush to pick up some paint and swirl it into a mixing palette. Add more water for the pigments to flow freely and separate and granulate.
All paints are Vegan! Made with nothing but Gum Arabic, Water, vegetable glycerin, Vegan Ox Gall, Corn Syrup and Tea Tree oil. We do not use clove oil."

I was being patient with my orders of blind box and the tonic watercolor. My patience paid off! The watercolor was generously filled, easy to re wet and the colors may be intimidating especially the Phtalo ones, but it's growing in me. And Kristy' original painting wow amazing! It's gorgeous and fun piece. I enjoyed using the curated colors based on the color card thats in box. The blind box in general was generous assortment of art supplies. Iam grateful. Thank you!
