A 72-hour heat pack and insulation is highly recommended if your area drops below 45F at night, especially for higher variegated plants.

I will typically ship out the same day or next day on Mondays-Thursdays to ensure the shortest shipping duration for the plant.

Plant leaves may be damaged or yellow from shipping stress (especially highly variegated ones) but the plant itself will recover after it’s acclimated. I am not responsible for any damagesdelays caused by the post office during shipping and delivery, but I will do my best to package it with care :)
