Seed grown anthurium Warocqueanum x crystallinum dark form starter plant growers

I received 2 low/No color Bulbasaur that was advertised on your live has all having beautiful high var. Frozen agar gel/ frozen plants from not receiving winter protection as I purchased. 3 tc were repackage with No agar in them, Not sterile,Growing mold & Simpo is dried out. Jacklyn was completely frozen. 2⭐️for the stardust & nobils only as they received minimal cold damage hopefully. Last pic is how the Bulbasaur are advertised. Never will he show the ugly low color that 1/2 will receive 😔

I bought a few plants and purchased 2 day UPS air and winter shipping insurance due to the cold. The Green Escape decided to ship these plants out two days before New Years, which is a federal holiday. So I did not receive the plants within two days which is what I paid for. I would expect them to be more attentive when people purchase overnight/two day shipping and federal holidays when it comes to shipping in the winter and hold plants that would be delivered on a holiday. TBD if they survive
