To ensure the health of your plants, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed after Tuesday will be held until the following Monday. This prevents packages from sitting in unventilated post office warehouses over the weekend, which significantly reduces the risk of transit stress.
2. Weather-Related Liability
Seasonal Protection: During periods of extreme cold, we highly recommend adding a Heat Pack or Insulation to your order (available as a paid add-on). We are not liable for weather-related damage.
3. Recommended Shipping Methods
Shipping Recommendations: For high-value or delicate plants, we strongly recommend choosing Priority Mail Express (Overnight). While we offer standard shipping (2-5 days), please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for plant death or yellowing caused by carrier delays when using standard service. Choosing Express is the best way to guarantee a healthy arrival.
4. Once the plant leaves my care, I'm not responsible to environment changes, or buyer care.
5. Every item is final sale. No accept exchange and refund.
