I ship UPS 2nd Day Air

📦 Shipping days are Monday and Tuesday only to help avoid weekend delays.

📦 If a plant will be shipped bare root, it will be clearly stated in the listing.

I am not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather related delays, including extreme heat or cold, or shipping damage except as covered under my Live Arrival Guarantee.

🌱 Plant Growth

Plants are living organisms and continue to grow and change. Plant size, leaf count, color, and variegation may vary between the time of purchase and pickup or shipping. New growth, aging leaves, or natural changes are not considered defects.

🪴 Plant Photos

Unless otherwise stated, the plant pictured is the exact plant you will receive.

Photos are taken as accurately as possible, but lighting, camera settings, and screen displays may cause colors to appear slightly different in person.

Leaves may experience cosmetic shipping stress. This can include:

🍂 Dropped leaves

🤎 Brown spots

🍃 Wilted or melted leaves

✂️ Broken tips or minor cosmetic damage

These are normal shipping risks and do not qualify for a replacement or credit.

A plant that arrives with cosmetic damage but has a healthy growing point and viable roots is considered alive.

🎥 Claims

An unboxing video is required for ALL shipping claims.

The video must:

📹 Begin before the shipping box is opened.

📹 Show the unopened package, shipping label, packing materials, and the condition of the plant.

📹 Be submitted the same day the package is delivered.

Photos alone cannot be accepted.

Claims submitted after the delivery date will not qualify for credit or replacement.

⏰ After Delivery

Please bring your package indoors within 30 minutes of delivery.

Packages left outside for more than 1 hour after delivery will not qualify for credit or replacement.

Once the plant has been in the buyer’s possession for more than 4 hours after delivery or pickup, I can no longer be responsible for its condition.

❌ Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless covered under my Live Arrival Guarantee.

🐞 Pest Policy

I do not have any known pests and inspect every plant before it leaves my care.

I proactively use systemic treatments and beneficial insects, so you may occasionally notice a tiny beneficial hitchhiker.

As with any new plant, I strongly recommend quarantining it before adding it to your collection.

🌿 Growing Medium

Most plants are rooted in semi hydro using Controsoil with a small water reservoir.

In my experience, they transition well to other growing media if you choose to repot them.

🪴 Plant Care

I am always happy to answer questions and help troubleshoot after your purchase.

However, once a plant leaves my possession, the buyer assumes responsibility for its care.

This includes, but is not limited to:

If a plant was healthy upon arrival or pickup and later declines due to care or environmental conditions, credit or replacement will not be provided.
