▪️ Allow 3-5 days for processing. If a sale is made at the end of the week and the weekend weather is looking too extreme, I will wait until Monday to ship (unless asked otherwise by the buyer). You receiving a healthy plant is my #1 priority!! 😊

▪️Priority shipping is recommended during cold and hot months, but not required. (Add to order off my page). If weather is extreme and priority isn’t selected then live plant arrival is not guaranteed and a refund will not be given if the plant arrives damaged from weather. The option is at your own risk. When weather warrants, insulation is always used and included with shipping costs.

▪️All plant sales are final.

▪️Take a video of unpacking your plant. If you are not satisfied with the conditions of your plant(s), send your video and pictures to me within 5 hours of being delivered and I will determine if a full or partial refund is necessary. Some plants can show signs of unavoidable stress from shipping and may lose a leaf or two while acclimating. Slight root rot can also be caused from shipping and will not warrant a refund unless plant is unsalvageable.

▪️DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES SITTING OUTSIDE FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME! Get them inside right away. No matter how well a plant is packaged, weather can do a lot of damage fast.

▪️Do not water it right away unless its medium is extremely dry. Increase humidity and refrain from using fertilizers until acclimated.
