When reasonably possible, Swannies Planties may postpone shipping during extreme weather to give your plant the best chance of arriving happy and healthy. Weather-related damage during transit is not the responsibility of Swannies Planties, except where required by applicable law. 🏡 DELIVERED = TIME TO COME INSIDE! Don't leave your new plant sitting on the porch! Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and monitor your tracking information. Once tracking confirms delivery, Swannies Planties is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged. For the safety of your plant, please retrieve your package as soon as possible after delivery and protect it from extreme temperatures. 📸 UH-OH... MY PLANT ARRIVED DAMAGED!
