Please read these guidelines before purchasing. 🌱 LIVE PLANTS • The plant pictured is the exact plant you will receive unless otherwise stated in the listing. • Plants are living products, so size, color, leaf shape, and growth can naturally change over time. • Minor cosmetic imperfections, damaged leaves, yellowing, or small blemishes may occasionally occur. I do my best to package plants carefully and securely. • Plants are inspected before shipping. I cannot guarantee against pests, pest eggs, or other issues that may develop after the plant leaves my care. • Please inspect your plant immediately upon arrival and provide appropriate care as soon as possible. 📦 SHIPPING • Live plants are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. • Weather can affect live plants. During periods of extreme heat or cold, please message me before purchasing so we can discuss the safest shipping option. • Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. • Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, shipping delays are outside of my control. • If your package arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the package, shipping label, and plant. 🪴 PLANT CARE Plant care instructions may be included in individual listings when applicable. Please research the specific plant's lighting, watering, humidity, and temperature requirements before purchasing.
