Please double-check your shipping address before ordering—I cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. 🌡️ Weather & Heat Packs If temperatures are below 40°F or above 90°F, I may delay shipping until conditions are safe for your plants. Heat packs/insulation are available upon request for an additional fee—please add them at checkout if needed. I am not responsible for weather-related damage if a heat pack/insulation was not purchased. 💚 Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please provide photo proof within 2 hours of delivery (from the time shown on tracking). Photos must clearly show the box, packing material, and the damaged item(s). Without photo proof, replacements/refunds cannot be issued. ❌ Cancellations Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. All cancellations are subject to a 20% restock fee. Custom bundles cannot be canceled once the order is placed. 🔄 Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of live plants, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please contact me right away if you have an issue with your order—I’ll do my best to help. 🌱 Additional Notes Each plant is unique—slight variations in size, color, or pattern are natural. Plants may experience minor stress during shipping (yellowing leaves, soil displacement, etc.). This is normal and not considered damage.
