LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE- Next day only We will reimburse 100% of the plant cost (not including shipping cost, if applicable) In case your plant arrives dead for any reason ONLY IF you chose to ship by UPS Next-Day and arrives next day! This does not cover cosmetic damages caused by shipping to the plant. An unboxing video must be submitted to us within 4 hours of shippers documented plant of arrival of the cutting or plant.
