As a buyer and collector first, I want to center the experience on YOU and only provide sales that match what I would want to get. I will not ship during extreme weather, please understand if you order during a heat wave or extreme cold snap I will wait til the plant has a chance to arrive alive & not stressed. Rooted plants: live arrival guarantee. I will ship 2 day on Mondays. Shipping cost is high because we use UPS 2 day. Cuttings: will be cut the same day they ship, buy at your own risk. I also take requests. So reach out if you want a specific cutting or rooted plant. Request orders will take up to 2 months to fulfill. I have 300 Hoya…it’s worth asking if I have something and am willing to cut and sell it. No returns. Refunds and cancellations are at seller’s discretion. Video unboxing plant required for refunds. You must include the entire process- unopened package to open plants. I reserve the right to help you try to save the plant before issuing a refund. Due to the size of my shop, replacements are not available. I use chemical pesticide safe for indoor use around people and pets along with 70% alcohol. I will not send something that has visible pests, but they are a naturally occurring risk of the hobby. Please isolate for two weeks to ensure no buddies hopped a ride.
