HOLD POLICY: $30 per week, per animal for all non-weather holds 1 week free after purchase — after that, you pay Payment is due every Monday while the animal is being held No exceptions unless weather-related: No fees only if temps are below 35°F or above 90°F 1) In person sale - if sale is in person then all sales final. No refunds, no exceptions. ALL ANIMAL SALES IN PERSON ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. 2) Holds - Holds will only be available for animals that meet the following criteria. A] the animal must be more than 1000usd. B] the animal must be paid off in less than 30 days. If this does not happen on the 31st day you will be refunded except for your initial deposit on the animal which is 20% of animals full value. C] you must pay atleast 20% of the full value of the animal to hold the animal as a deposit. This deposit is non refundable once it is recieved. No exceptions. D] No discount will be given on any item on hold. Holds will be valued at the full retail price of the item or animal. No exceptions. 3) Sex / gender guarantee - There is none. You need to be sure of the animal and fully inspect the animal for whatever sex you would prefer. Sometimes we as breeders can get it wrong, and you as a consumer can get it wrong. Thus you personally need to be sure of your purchase before the sale is final. Most geckos under 20 grams i will not give a sex/gender, and can and will give you my opinion if you would like. My opinion on the sex of the animal is never a definate unless it is a proven breeder. Any marking on the deli cups or animal posts is the sole opinion of mine and mine only as the sole owner and operator and should never be considered a definate. Absolutely no refunds due to an animal changing sex, or being sexed incorrectly. No exceptions. 4) Health guarantee - All of the animals that are sold by The Gecko Don llc are garunteed to be healthy animals at time of purchase. A] if purchase is in person, there is no health garuntee. As soon as you walk away from the table, or the sale, the transaction is over and no refunds or exchanges may me given. No exceptions. B] if purchase is online or being shipped, you have one hour to pick up the package from the time it has been made available for pickup. After the package has been made ready for pickup, no health guarantee will be given on the animal if it has not been picked up within the first hour of it being made available for pickup. C] Absolutely no home deliveries, i will only deliver to a hub. live arrival garuntee void if not shipped to a fedex hub. All live shipments will be through reptiles2you unless platform provides shipping.
