All sales are final. When you purchase printed items or other dry goods, they need to be shipped to an address which is NOT a FedEx hub, unless arrangements have been made in writing ONLY via PALMSTREET messenger, and additional shipping charges for FedEx shipping has been purchased. Packages shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL, Ontrac, and carrier pigeons are not accepted for delivery at FedEx Locations. This means FedEx WILL refuse the delivery, and return it to the sender. PACKAGES shipped to a FedEx hub for “hold for pickup” MUST purchase “Upgraded FedEx Shipping”.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
