Cosmetic damage may occur, as these are live plants traveling in a box for several days. In the event of a DOA (dead on arrival), replacements will only be considered if an unboxing video is taken within 1 hour of the delivery timestamp shown by the carrier. 💚 For TCs acclimation instruction is posted in my profile.
