Welcome to my little shop! Shipping is minimum UPS 2 day. This is to ensure the safety of your plant. Any shipping overages will be refunded. Live Arrival is guaranteed only when Overnight shipping is purchased. When shipped, plants get stressed and can have leaf loss or yellowing leaves. This does not mean your plant is dying, it just needs some time to recover. Sales are final. No cancellations. Please buy/bid responsibly. I pack how I want to receive my plants but I cannot be held responsible for damages once the package leaves my hands. With that being said, I am always happy to work with you to find a resolution if issues do arrive.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
