Welcome to my little shop! Shipping is minimum UPS 2 day. This is to ensure the safety of your plant. Any shipping overages will be refunded. Sales are final. No cancellations. Please buy/bid responsibly. I pack how I want to receive my plants but I cannot be held responsible for damages once the package leaves my hands. With that being said, I am always happy to work with you to find a resolution if issues do arrive.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
