no cancellations after bidding if damage to order photos are required the same day it's delivered, message immediately. winter orders require insulation and heat pack add on or we don't cover for cold damage. we only ship on Monday or Tuesday each week. if the heat is excessive in the summer we'll hold off we decide for the safety of the plants.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
