In the unlikely event a buyer would need to file a claim, written notification and an original unboxing video with proof of loss must be sent to seller within 30 minutes of pick up. Live Arrival Guarantee is waived if customer requires order shipped anywhere other than FedEx Hub for pick up. If a live arrival claim is approved, it will be in the form of store credit of original animal sale price. Seller reserves the right to delay shipments as long as necessary due to weather, holiday weeks, or other shipping concerns for the safety of the animals and also reserves the right to require hub pick up only.
