All orders will be shipped via FedEx Overnight, and held for pickup at the nearest FedEx HUB. We may consider shipping direct to your address if the is not FedEx HUB within 30 miles of your location, but you must notify us prior to shipment An additional $10 payment will be required to ship direct to your address. Any DOA's will be refunded or reshipped, but must be reported within 3 hours of pickup from the FedEx HUB. if a DOA refund occurs, shipping cost will not be reflected in that. Freebies and Giveaways are not covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee and will not be reshipped or refunded. All sales are final. We will not process refunds for accidental bids, or change of mind. In extreme circumstances, we may consider a credit to our website TyDyeExotic.com, but will incur a 12% inconvenience fee, and we may require proof of extenuating circumstances.
