Invoices personally made have 24 hours to make payment if not made I will post plant up again. Cancellations are subjected to a 10% restocking fee. During peak seasons/holiday periods processing times may be extended. The bulk of orders will ship Monday-Wednesday. Any orders placed after 5pm on Tuesday & Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday so that packages are not held by the courier over the weekend due to living in Hawaii. Order Confirmation & Tracking # : Please check on your ‘TRACK ORDER’ Processing time may vary for US territories, Alaska, Hawaii. Shipping Methods We ship all live plants via FEDEX, UPS or USPS depending on location. Shipping costs vary based on package size, weight, and destination and will be calculated at checkout. You can choose from the following shipping options:
Standard and Ground Shipping (3-7 business days): Best for hardy plants and temperate climates. Examples: Succulents, Cacti, Nodes, Corms, etc.
Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days): Recommended for sensitive, higher cost plants, high variegated and extreme temperature conditions to ensure quick delivery. Examples: Alocasias, Begonias, Terrarium Plants, etc. Packing Methods Packaging: Each plant is packaged with protective materials to safeguard from damage during transit. Packaging add-ons; insulation, heat packs or cold packs as necessary w extra fee. 
Receiving Your Plants Please be ready to receive & unpack your plants promptly. Upon arrival, inspect each plant carefully, please water if it looks dry & acclimate it for 2 weeks before repotting into new media(your media, Yay). 
 Shipping Delays & Damage Policy Lost/Delayed Packages: We do our best to assist in tracking & locating your shipment should an issue arise with the shipping carrier or stuck in transit. 
Damaged Plants: If your plant arrives damaged, please contact me at my IG (record a quick video on your phone then send vid. Via to IG due to blurry image) within 6 hours of delivery the damage, the box and the pack Corm & Variegata Pup Purchases/Variegation. We cannot 100% guarantee variegation of corms or next leaf but if my mother plants have variegation it will come Patience is Key & my mama bears never disappoint in variegation.
