Plants are living organisms and may have natural cosmetic imperfections. ⸻ ⚠️ AUCTIONS & BIDDING All bids represent genuine intent to purchase. Repeated bidding against your own current bid for the purpose of artificially influencing auction activity or price is prohibited. Repeated or manipulative self-bidding may result in disqualification or cancellation, subject to Palmstreet policies. Reserved auctions may begin at $1. The starting bid does not represent the reserve or guaranteed selling price. For reserved plants, place the maximum bid you are genuinely comfortable paying. Do not rely solely on the displayed bid. ⸻ 🌿 PRE-SHIPPING INSPECTION Every plant is inspected before packing. If she does not meet our standards, we may delay shipment, offer a replacement when available, or issue store credit when appropriate. We may delay shipment when plant health, weather, or transit conditions create unreasonable risk. Plant health always comes first. ⸻ 🚚 SHIPPING First plant: $15 • Each additional: $3 • 15-item package limit. Orders ship Ground or 3 Day based on destination, package, and shipping funds collected. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air upgrades may be available for an additional charge. Oversized or exceptionally heavy plants may require additional shipping arrangements. Seasonal protection may include insulation, heat/cold protection, or reinforced packaging. Buyers must respond to recommended shipping coordination within 24 hours. Failure to respond may result in shipment delay, order cancellation, or store credit when appropriate to protect plant health. Claims not meeting these requirements are not eligible for our guarantee, subject to Palmstreet policies and applicable law. ⸻ 🌿 TRANSIT & ACCLIMATION Normal transit stress may include cosmetic imperfections, leaf movement, temporary drooping, or substrate displacement. These conditions alone are not considered shipping damage. After arrival, buyers are responsible for proper watering, lighting, humidity, temperature, acclimation, and substrate transitions. Replacement, store credit, or refund may be considered when a plant arrives dead or severely compromised and Live Arrival Guarantee requirements are satisfied. ⸻ 🔁 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before fulfillment begins, whichever occurs first. After that window, or once an order has entered packing/shipping preparation, been packed, or received a shipping label, change-of-mind cancellations are not guaranteed.
