🌿 SHOP GUIDELINES 🌿 Thank you for shopping with Share My World Rare & Tropical Plants! Please review these guidelines carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. PAYMENT & SALES TAX Payment is due at the time of purchase. Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by Maryland and other applicable tax laws. ALL SALES ARE FINAL All purchases are final. I do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds due to buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or changes in personal circumstances. Please review the plant, photographs, description, price, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. LIVE PLANTS & SHIPPING STRESS Plants are living items and may experience normal shipping stress. This can include: • Drooping or curled leaves • Yellowing or browning • Minor leaf damage • Loss of one or more leaves • Temporary decline after arrival • Soil or substrate shifting during transit These conditions do not automatically indicate that a plant is unhealthy or qualify the order for a refund. VARIEGATION Current and future variegation is not guaranteed. Variegated plants may produce leaves with more variegation, less variegation, or no visible variegation. Variegation may change because of genetics, maturity, lighting, growing conditions, stress, or natural plant development. Purchasing a variegated plant does not guarantee that every future leaf will maintain the same color, pattern, or level of variegation shown at the time of sale. PLANT SIZE & APPEARANCE Plants may continue to grow, lose a leaf, produce a new leaf, or change slightly between the date they are shown and the date they are shipped. Unless otherwise stated, you will receive the exact plant shown. Colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, camera settings, and screen displays. WEATHER & SHIPPING DELAYS Shipping may be delayed during extreme heat, freezing temperatures, severe weather, holidays, or other conditions that could place the plant at risk. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, carrier delays and delivery schedules are outside my control. Buyers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and retrieving packages promptly after delivery. Heat packs, insulation, or upgraded shipping may be offered when appropriate. These services reduce risk but do not eliminate it. CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before purchasing. I am not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been placed. ARRIVAL CONCERNS Please open and inspect your package immediately after delivery. For a serious arrival concern, contact me through Palmstreet within 24 hours of delivery. Include: • Clear photographs of the entire plant • Clear photographs of the packaging and shipping box • A continuous unboxing video when available • A description of the concern Do not repot, cut, trim, propagate, discard, or otherwise alter the plant before contacting me. Altering the plant may prevent proper evaluation of the concern. Any qualifying shipping or delivery claim will be handled according to applicable Palmstreet policies. Contacting me does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or credit. PLANT CARE The buyer assumes responsibility for the plant after delivery. I cannot guarantee how a plant will perform after it enters a new environment. Plant decline caused by improper watering, unsuitable lighting, low humidity, temperature changes, repotting, fertilizer use, pest exposure, or other conditions after delivery is not eligible for a refund or replacement. PESTS I inspect and treat my plants as part of my regular plant-care practices. However, no seller can guarantee that a live plant is completely free of pests or pest eggs. Buyers should inspect and quarantine all new plants before introducing them to an existing collection. FINAL AGREEMENT By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the listing and accepted these shop guidelines.
