Reptile & Invert Sales – The Keeper’s Code 1. The Oath of Animal Honor • Every creature in our care is treated as a worthy beast of the realm—healthy, strong, and fit for its journey. • We trade only in species gained by rightful means; wild-caught beasts are named as such so no shadows cloak the truth. • No creature forbidden by the laws of the land shall pass from our halls. • All enclosures are as fine as the halls of Valhalla—fit for the needs of each species in our charge. 2. Worthy Buyers of the Clan • Only warriors and shieldmaidens of 18 winters or more may claim our creatures—those younger must bring the blessing of their kin. • Buyers must show wisdom in the care of the beast they seek, knowing its needs as a captain knows the sea. • Certain beasts, fierce or demanding, are granted only to those seasoned in the ways of such creatures. 3. The Law of Trade • All tribute (payment) shall be in the coin of the realm, the amount set by the keepers and not open to haggling save for times of special bounty. • Gold must cross the table before the beast begins its voyage. 4. The Voyage of Delivery • Beasts travel in vessels of stout make, guarded from frost or flame by warming stones or cooling charms as the seasons demand. • No voyage shall begin unless the skies and winds are safe for the beast. • Those within reach of our hall may claim their beast by appointment, face-to-face. • The Oath of Safe Arrival is kept if: • The buyer stands ready at the first call of the courier. • The crate is opened within one turning of the hourglass. • Proof of any ill fate is sent at once by rune or image. 5. The Law of Return • A creature, once claimed, may not return to our halls save in the rare event of a grave mistake or a fallen beast under the Oath of Safe Arrival. • Recompense shall be in the form of another worthy beast or store credit, at the keeper’s choice. 6. Safety of the Realm • No venomous beast shall be sent into hands unfit or forbidden by the law of the land. • Handling wisdom is spoken and written before a beast leaves our care. • Buyers must uphold the laws of their realm, for we will not arm a warrior against his own king. 7. The Hall of Questions • All inquiries are welcome—send word by raven, rune, or message. • Scrolls of care (care sheets) are given for every beast at your request. • Our counsel is yours for as long as the creature walks under your banner. 8. The Keeper’s Law • Palmstreet’s hall abides by all laws of the realm regarding the trade and travel of beasts. • We reserve the right to refuse a trade if we deem the voyage unworthy or the buyer unready. Written under the watch of Odin-keeper of wisdom. If you want a plain english version reach out I'll be happy to send it. Bid responsibly because there will not be any refund issued should you accidentally bid on an animal. I cannot stress this enough, due to a change in guidelines that palmstreet updated we will not issue refunds for accidental bids. All sales are final, no substitutions, cancelations, or refunds will be granted.
While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.
