🌿 Plantie Loo Botanicals — Shop Guidelines 🌱 About Our Plants We specialize in rooted starter plants and uncommon varieties of Hoya, Begonia, Alocasia, and more. Each plant is grown and cared for with attention, but please remember: • These are live plants, and natural variation in size, shape, and color is expected • Minor cosmetic imperfections can occur and are part of the growing process. We try to document any cosmetic issues clearly in the listing pictures. • You will receive the EXACT PLANT shown in the images of the listing, unless the plant is listed as a Grower’s Choice. • All plants will come with whatever trellis, clips or pots are shown in the listing photos unless otherwise stated in the Individual listing. • All plants shown in holographic cups are actually in a DIY self-watering pot with a clear inner pot and cotton wick. If you do not wish to keep the self-watering setup please let me know and I will remove prior to shipping. • All plants (except Alocasia) have been treated with systemic granules and/or beneficial insects. You may find a hitchhiker on your plant, but rest assured it’s probably a friend, not a foe. Please quarantine all plants received for safest practice. ⸻ 📦 Shipping Information • Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays • All plants are carefully packaged with all of the love and care I possess. Your plant may be shipped in shredded paper for insulation. • Packing materials such as boxes, paper, and polyfil may be recycled from previous packages I have received. This shop believes in “Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.” • Tracking will be provided in the app once your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address—we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect info. ⸻ ❄️ Weather & Risk Policy • Cold/heat protection is recommended when temperatures are extreme. These items will be available in the shop at all times. • Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for damage due to weather or carrier delays. • If you’re unsure whether you need weather protection, feel free to ask—we’re happy to help you decide! ⸻ 🪴 Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions: • Must be present to receive your package on the first delivery attempt • Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos (plant + packaging) • Customer must have purchased shipping upgrade of either 2 day shipping or overnight to qualify for live arrival guarantee. ⸻ 🚫 Returns & Cancellations • Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are final • No cancellations once an order has been placed. Violators of this policy will be blocked on all platforms. ⸻ 💚 Care Responsibility Once plants arrive, their care is the buyer’s responsibility.
