All glass pieces are one of a kind. Replicas can be made, but they will not be exact match. Any custom orders can take up to two weeks once the required materials have been delivered. A photo of the custom piece will be sent before the item is shipped for approval. Items will be shipped by the following Monday. If needed sooner, please message me.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
