🌿 RootedbyDee – Live Plant Shop Guidelines 🌿 Thank you so much for supporting me! I am a hobby seller not a commercial greenhouse all of my plants for sale are grown in my home. I use beneficial bugs to prevent the bad bugs, don’t worry you won’t even see them unless you look very close. Please read before purchasing so we’re all set up for success 🪴✨ ⸻ 🌱 Starter Plants, Pups & Corms • Most plants sold are starter size, rooted pups, or Alocasia corms. • Starter plants are young and still establishing — expect smaller root systems and baby leaves. • Corms may be sprouted, partially rooted, or dormant unless otherwise stated. • Leaf loss during shipping is possible, especially with Alocasia. The corm/root health is what matters most 💚 Please purchase only if you are comfortable with propagating and acclimating young plants. ⸻ 📦 Shipping • Plants are shipped securely and packed with care. • I am not responsible for postal delays, rough handling, lost, or stolen packages once in carrier possession. • Please track your package and bring it inside immediately upon delivery. Starter plants cannot tolerate sitting in mailboxes or extreme temps. ⸻ ❄️🔥 Weather Protection • If temps are below 45°F or above 85°F, please add insulation. • Weather protection is optional but strongly recommended. • I am not responsible for weather-related damage if protection is not added. Plants are living things — I cannot control carrier trucks or climate conditions. ⸻ 📸 DOA Policy (Read Carefully) In the rare event of a true DOA: • Message me within 2 hours of confirmed delivery • Include unboxing video of: • Plant • Roots/corm • Packaging • Shipping label Minor cosmetic damage, bent leaves, or acclimation stress do not qualify as DOA. ⸻ 🚫 All Sales Final There Will be a 10% fee for any cancellations. Due to the nature of live plants and corms, all sales are final. Please research care requirements before purchasing. I’m always happy to answer questions beforehand 🌿 ⸻ 🌤️ Acclimation Reminder Alocasia especially can: • Drop leaves • Go semi-dormant • Throw a fit after shipping This is normal.
